To make this process more scalable and consistent, Teams will introduce a centralized evaluation experience. This feature will reach general availability on August 17, 2026. How does this affect me? This feature helps you identify the top resources in your organization that are driving success and spot adoption trends, such as usage spikes for apps, flows, and agents. At the top of the page, you will find a summary view showcasing the adoption trends over time, as well as the resources that are driving the most value. In April 2026, we updated how storage is reported in Dataverse, moving solution-aware components and metadata from the database tier to the file tier. This change has no impact on apps, flows, solutions, or integrations. How does this affect me? Within the Power Platform admin center, under Resources and then Capacity:Database storage is lower by the amount previously attributed to this content. File storage is proportionally higher. Total tenant storage is unchanged. Content moved tiers; it did not grow. Database and file capacity are entitled and priced separately:If you were near your database limit, you likely have more headroom. If you were near your file limit, confirm you have sufficient file capacity; additional capacity is available via add-on. What do I need to do to prepare?
